Meet Ms. Rees-Mckenzie

Last Names A-L

My name is Rebecca Rees- McKenzie and this is my seventh year as a counselor at Molalla High School.  I earned my Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from University of Iowa. Go Hawkeyes!   I went on to earn my Masters in Education/ School Counseling from Lewis and Clark College.

I grew up in rural Illinois and came out West 15 years ago. I have been in Oregon ever since. In my free time my favorite thing to do is take my dogs camping, hiking, and rafting. I also enjoy playing my piano and writing. It has always been a dream of mine to one day publish a novel.  However, I have just recently become a mom and have been devoting most of my time to my very sweet but demanding daughter.

Working with the students at Molalla has been an incredible experience.  From the first moments that I walked in the doors, the students have made me feel incredibly valued and welcome. I am convinced that it would be impossible to find nicer kids anywhere in the state. I look forward to working with you and your child.

Meet Mrs. Bilyeu

My name is Gina Bilyeu and this is my second year as Registrar. I was born in Milwaukie, Oregon but have lived in Mulino for 15 years and absolutely love living in the country. I attended Auburn University on a track scholarship where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education and Masters of Education. All three of my children graduated from Molalla High School and are now attending Oregon State University, The United States Air Force Academy, and Pacific University, Oregon. This is my first year with an empty nest but my husband and I are adjusting. I enjoy traveling, cooking, gardening, and being with my family.
